OfficialCornhole.com has a NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy for
cornhole game sets. OfficialCornhole.com will only accept a cancellation of an order
within 24-hours of when the order was placed as most items will hit our production
line at that time. Cornhole and Baggo sets are shipped UPS and buyer is
responsible for any insurance claims as a result damaged or lost items.
OfficialCornhole.com will provide all UPS tracking information for insurance
purposes if necessary. All Bag orders are shipped UPS as well (1-3-Day Service).
OfficialCornhole.com guarantees shipping within 1-2 days of order (custom sets
excluded).
Standard Shipping
All Cornhole and Baggo sets will be shipped UPS Ground unless special
arrangements are made between buyer and OfficialCornhole.com in advance of
order by calling 815-823-4484.
